Lopez cited wanting “time off to be with her children, family and close friends,” as the reason for the cancellation.
However, perhaps the biggest blow Lopez experienced in 2024 was the breakdown of her marriage to Ben Affleck. After separating in April, Lopez filed for divorce in August. Lopez has remained mum on her personal affairs and kept her public appearances to a minimum. However, Lopez couldn’t even catch a break from fashion scrutiny either, as her choices at two events were widely blasted by viewers online.
